Doctori is an all-in-one clinic management and digital marketing platform designed specifically for doctors in Egypt and the Arab world. It combines patient management, appointment scheduling, electronic health records, and an AI clinical assistant powered by GPT-4o — along with professional digital marketing services including Google Ads, SEO, social media management, and reputation management.

Is Doctori right for my clinic?

Yes! Doctori is designed to fit all types of clinics and medical specialties. Whether you're a dentist, dermatologist, internist, orthopedic surgeon, or any other specialty — the platform adapts to your needs with customizable templates and flexible workflows. We serve solo practices, multi-doctor medical centers, and small hospitals.

Does Doctori work on mobile?

Yes, Doctori works fully on mobile devices. The web interface is responsive and works on any browser, plus we have a dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android. You can manage your clinic, review appointments, and communicate with patients from anywhere.

What languages are supported?

Doctori fully supports Arabic and English. The interface is bilingual with complete RTL (right-to-left) support for Arabic. The AI assistant understands and speaks both Arabic and English. You can switch between languages at any time.

Can I try the system for free?

Absolutely! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required when signing up. You can add patients, book appointments, try the AI assistant, and view reports — everything is available during the trial.

Subscription & Pricing

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three plans: Starter at $49/month (clinic management, 250 patients, 1 staff), Professional at $149/month (clinic + basic marketing, unlimited patients and staff), and Growth at $399/month (full clinic management + done-for-you digital marketing). All plans include the AI assistant and technical support.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get new features immediately and the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does payment work?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment platform. Billing is monthly or annual (with a 20% discount for annual payment). All amounts are in US Dollars.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card required — just create your account and start immediately. During the trial you get full access to all features without any restrictions.

What happens after the trial ends?

After 14 days, you'll need to choose a subscription plan to continue. We won't delete your data — it stays safely stored for an additional 30 days. If you subscribe, you return to your same data and settings instantly. If you don't subscribe, you can export your data at any time during that period.

How do I add new patients?

You can add patients in several ways: manually from the dashboard with a simple form, import an existing patient list via CSV/Excel file, patients self-register through the online patient portal, or patients are automatically added when booking via WhatsApp or your website.

Can patients book appointments themselves?

Yes! We provide an online booking portal you can link to your website or social media pages. Patients see available times and book directly — with instant confirmation and automatic WhatsApp reminders. Patients can also book through the smart WhatsApp chatbot.

How do e-prescriptions work?

E-prescriptions let you write professional digital prescriptions with a comprehensive drug database, drug interaction warnings, dosage calculator based on patient weight and age, and ICD-10 coding for insurance compatibility. You can print the prescription or send it directly to the patient via WhatsApp or email.

Does it support multiple branches?

Yes, Doctori supports managing multiple branches from one dashboard. You can create separate profiles for each branch with different addresses, working hours, and teams, with unified or separate reports per branch. This feature is available on Professional plans and above.

How do I manage staff and permissions?

Doctori provides a flexible roles and permissions system. You can create roles like doctor, nurse, receptionist, and admin — and define what each role can view or edit. For example: receptionist sees schedules only, nurse sees vitals, doctor sees everything. You can invite team members via email.

AI Assistant

How does the AI assistant work?

The AI assistant is powered by GPT-4o from OpenAI and specifically designed for medical use. It can automatically write SOAP notes from your patient conversation, suggest differential diagnoses based on symptoms, assist in writing prescriptions with drug interaction checks, and generate case summaries. Every suggestion requires doctor approval before saving.

Can I trust AI diagnoses?

The AI assistant is a clinical decision support tool, not a replacement for the doctor. It provides diagnostic suggestions ranked by probability with ICD-10 codes, but the final decision always rests with the treating physician. The goal is to save your time and alert you to possibilities you might overlook — not to make decisions for you. We make this clear in every AI interaction.

What are automated SOAP notes?

SOAP notes are a standard medical format: Subjective (patient complaint), Objective (examination and findings), Assessment (evaluation and diagnosis), Plan (treatment plan). The AI listens to your patient conversation or reads your quick notes, then automatically generates structured SOAP notes. Review, edit, and save in seconds instead of spending 15-30 minutes writing manually.

Does the AI learn from my patient data?

No. Your patient data is never used to train AI models. We use the OpenAI API with a guarantee that submitted data is not used for training. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never shared with any third party. Your patients' privacy is our top priority.

Communication

How do I connect WhatsApp?

Connecting WhatsApp is easy and quick. We use the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta. In your clinic settings, go to 'Communication Channels' and click 'Connect WhatsApp'. We'll guide you step by step to link your business phone number. After connecting, you can automatically send and receive messages, reminders, and appointment confirmations.

Does it support Instagram and Messenger?

Yes! Doctori supports Instagram and Facebook Messenger integration via Meta API. All incoming messages from these platforms appear in a unified inbox within the Doctori dashboard. You can respond to patient inquiries and book appointments from one place without switching between apps.

How does the booking chatbot work?

The smart booking chatbot works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and your website 24/7. When a patient messages your clinic, the bot welcomes them, asks about the desired specialty, shows available times, confirms the booking with a reminder, and collects basic patient information before the visit. You can customize the bot's responses and tone to match your clinic's identity.

Is my data safe?

Data security is our top priority. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for stored data. Servers are in certified AWS data centers with daily backups. We implement role-based access control and comprehensive audit logs for every operation on the system.

Where is data stored?

All data is stored on certified and secured Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We maintain daily backups stored in different geographic locations to ensure service continuity. Data is always encrypted whether in transit or at rest, and no unauthorized person can access it.

Is the system HIPAA compliant?

Yes, Doctori is designed according to best practices for health data protection, compliant with US HIPAA standards and Middle East data protection requirements.
